A 40-year-old shoe manufacturing factory was showing serious structural deterioration — column cracks, ceiling spalling, visible reinforcement bars, basement settlement, a sagging cantilever section, and extensive water leakage. The owner needed a safe, workable solution without halting their production line.

We conducted a complete structural investigation utilizing visual inspections, NDT scanning, core cutting, and rebar analysis to calculate the true capacity under load. We then engineered a phased repair programme with sequenced action plans, designed so execution could proceed zone by zone without stopping production.

Every defect was mathematically resolved. The building was brought back to full structural safety with no production loss and no factory shutdown. The facility operates at full capacity today, protected by a long-term engineering maintenance plan.
